The firm consists of two shareholders, associate attorneys, and a helpful and experienced support staff.  We focus on providing counseling and litigation services to employers and insurance carriers, and have developed a reputation for professionalism, innovation, and client satisfaction. The firm maintains a state-of-the-art computer system to keep pace with current technological advances as we, as a society, move towards paperless offices and courts.

The firm makes it a point to learn about their clients’ particular needs.  For example, Ms. O’Connor and Mr. Telezinski have both obtained the professional designation of Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P), providing added value for clients dealing with issues related to risk management.  Additionally, Ms. O’Connor holds the Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) professional designation, giving her further insight into risk management issues in our schools, and Mr. Telezinski holds the Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) professional designation, providing added value to clients with additional expertise in this increasingly important area.
